The Pew Won’t Save You.
Are You Wasting Your Life?
Excerpt of a sermon delivered by Bob Jennings.
Don’t Be Deceived.
Don’t Waste Your Life.
Wasting Your Life In The World Is a Sign of False Salvation.
Enter In at the Narrow Gate
“Enter through the narrow gate; for the gate is wide and the way is broad that leads to destruction, and there are many who enter through it. For the gate is small and the way is narrow that leads to life, and there are few who find it. Beware of the false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly are ravenous wolves.”
Let us examine the narrow way and the broad way.
Both the narrow gate and the wide gate are assumed to provide the entrance to God’s Kingdom. Two ways are offered to people. The narrow gate is by faith, only through Christ, constricted and precise. It represents true salvation in God’s way that leads to life eternal. The wide gate includes all religions of works and self-righteousness, with no single way, Acts 4:12, but leads to hell not heaven. The MacArthur Study Bible.
The life saving difference between the Two Religious Paths:
- The Narrow Way of Jesus Christ leading to Eternal Life.
- The Broad Way of Works Salvation leading to Eternal Death.
Please don’t waste your life, there is only one way to eternal life.
Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but through Me.” John 14:6
